Maintenance Downtime — BuyUcoin (August 13, 2021)

Dear Users,

The system update will cause downtime until 3 p.m. on August 13, 2021.

• Spot markets are under maintenance. Users will not be able to trade in them.
• Withdrawals of some following currencies are also on a temporary halt
• During the system upgrade, all services, including Buy/Sell/Deposit/Withdraw, will be unavailable.
• The downtime period is based on our best estimations and is subject to change. We will keep our different social media platforms updated on the status of the upgrade on a regular basis.
• Note that the OTC Trading platform is working fine as of now. Users can Buy and Sell in otc (EZ desk)
